Once you have your Value Builder Score it's important to know the eight key drivers and how those drivers influence the value of your business.  One of our Business Advisors will discuss an opportunity for you to work with a Certified Value Builder in order to truly understand what drives your score and most importantly what actions steps you can take to improve that score.  The eight key value builder drivers are:

Value Builder Engagement

Once you have your Value Builder Score and have worked with a Certified Value Builder in order to understand the key drivers that influence the value of your business it's time to take action. The Value Builder System is a 12 month program designed to allow business owners to focus in on the eight key drivers with the help of a business coach to create clear action toward improving the value of your business. During the twelve months, you'll engage in a series of exercises that allows you to find the strengths and hiddent threats in your company. You'll work on creating a business that thrives without you so that it's more valuable right now and when you're ready to sell.
