Question: What chances are you taking in your prospecting?


Our Thoughts: For a variety of reasons, businesses often miss opportunities simply because the company as a whole is not focused on prospecting. Every member of your staff should be aware of who your ideal customer is and have at the very least basic training in knowing what to do when they encounter a prospect. The process could be passing the prospect's name to the sales team or it might be more in-depth including knowing what questions to ask the prospect. Either way, all members of your staff should be prepared and have the resources they need to take a chance.
