Why Do You Shop Here?  For me, this is not just a place to get a haircut, but a place that offers a consistently clean and relaxing atmosphere, great conversation, and professional hair care advice, on top of the trim (not to mention cookies).
 
What Stands out About Your Experience?  The staff is exceptionally friendly, cheerful, helpful, and very accommodating.  That is the personality of Pam, the owner, and she has certainly infused it in her whole team. 

Favorite Product/Service:  The haircut always begins with a shampoo, sitting and leaning backwards over a specially designed sink, while lounging in a vibrating chair.  The shampoo is also a head massage.  The whole combination is amazing!
