Joanne earned her bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Mount Mercy University in 1987. Joanne has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry from starting as an agent and moving into field sales management. She later shifted her focus to corporate office positions in account relations, wholesaling, development, executive leadership and coaching. She values the benefits of always learning and personal/professional development. Over the course of her career, Joanne has earned many insurance licenses, FINRA security licenses, certifications, designations, achievement awards and is a lifetime student.
