The Optimal Outcome Coaching Program helped me to identify the need to hire a new position to place a focus on sales and marketing for my business. The program also helped me to structure the position including what duties the employee would have in order to set them up for success. With this structure I was able to hire an outstanding candidate and they are doing a great job of generating activity.
