Our Thoughts: This month we've been discussing creating metrics for each position and making sure those metrics make sense. Though metrics are often not seen as tools for employees, at BBG, we see metrics as very important elements of an employee's toolbox. They are in fact one of the tools that allow an employee to take true ownership of their position. If you want an employee to truly excel in a position then the first tools you must give them are ones that define their positions, their work, and how you will evaluate them.
