Quote: "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed." ~ Carl Jung
Question: How do your business personalities react with each other to transform you and your business?
Our Thoughts: Last week we discussed the conflicts that can occur when the three personalities needed to make a business successful are not in balance. If the Entrepreneur, Manager, or Technician is overly dominant it often means that you simply don't have the time or the resources to ensure the work of the other personalities are completed. It's exhausting and can lead to chaos.
The flip side is what happens when they work together to keep your business in balance. The Entrepreneur has time to imagine and dream, the Manager has the resources to orchestrate the work, and the Technician gets the work completed. Sound magical? In some ways it is. It's not easy. It's not simple.
