In sales and marketing, you must be able to connect to your prospects where they are in their awareness of the solutions you provide. It’s easy to assume that because they are a potential client your prospects would understand the problem you solve.
The mistake with that assumption is your prospects may not have reached that phase of buying. They may still be uneducated on how your solutions solve their problem. They may be ignoring the problem, or a host of other reasons why they wouldn’t understand the problem you are able to solve for them.
