Why Do You Shop Here?  My first visit was to try their famous Savory Waffle.  It wasn’t long before I realized that Birchwood is more than just a place to grab a bite to eat.  It’s a community that provides support for many other small businesses and people.  It’s an innovative company with traditional values of: good food and people. 

What Stands out About Your Experience?  The food is always something to rave about and the staff is always open and friendly.  Somehow, in a very busy environment they’ve found a way to make you special and not just one of the crowd.

Favorite Product/Service:  The easy answer is the Savory Waffle, which changes with the season, but I also still dream of the Strawberry Mint Pancakes that were technically not on the menu, but simply amazing.
