Our Thoughts: Too often we see small businesses look at technology as the solution.  It's never the solution, but it can be an impactful tool to help you reach a solution. You know that we love our systems, but all systems should start with knowing what result your business needs. We discussed this last week, but it's important enough to repeat. Embrace technology as a tool not the solution.
