We Have a Question
Quote: "The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don't want it badly enough. They're there to stop the other people." - Randy Pausch
Question: What would it truly mean to you, to have your business systemized?
Our Thoughts: Last week we challenged you to create one new system each month within your business. We know that it's not as easy to create systems as it sounds. You have a business to run, one that without systems, is probably taking up a lot of your time and energy. It's easy to hit those brick walls and set aside the strategic work of your business.
Today, we ask to think about what it would really mean to your business, to your employees, and to your personal life if you did have systems in place so that your business ran smoothly. Once you know the reason you want to create systems in the first place, then we ask to to commit to this challenge. Be willing to say that you want this result enough that no brick wall will stand in your way. If you're a current coaching client, be sure to talk to your business coach about implementing this challenge. If you're not a current client, please reach out to us on any of our social media sites.
